R.I.P. Tony Snow

Tony Snow had it all: intelligence, wit, knowledge, values, charm, looks. You name it. Sadly, he also had a susceptibility to colon cancer, which is an exceptionally aggressive cancer in young people. And so he died today, at 53. R.I.P., Mr. Snow. You will be missed.

A great guy who led an exemplary life. I have no doubt that many on the Left will be dancing on his grave.
There were a few in Washington that escaped the beast. I think Tony Snow was one of them.
May God comfort his family in their grief.
II Corinthians 5:6-9
I loved his outlook on life, his wit (always an indicator of intelligence), and his personality. He really was a great American. I feel for his family.

“To regain footing, remember that we were born not into death, but into life—and that the journey continues after we have finished our days on this earth. We accept this on faith, but that faith is nourished by a conviction that stirs even within many nonbelieving hearts—an intuition that the gift of life, once given, cannot be taken away. Those who have been stricken enjoy the special privilege of being able to fight with their might, main, and faith to live—fully, richly, exuberantly—no matter how their days may be numbered.”

Hate to toot my own horn (well, okay, no I don’t!), but check out my blog for a sampling of the “love” for Mr. Snow on the Daily Kos.
