We’re still watching

Elections come and go, but the Watchers stay on the job.  Here are this week’s nominations:

Council Submissions

Non-Council Submissions

By the way, speaking of watching things, I noticed that the media managed to make a big deal of Palin’s wardrobe and her description of the VP’s job, but blew off almost entirely Biden’s warning that the US will be attacked by July 2009 (and, apparently, even Biden’s job as chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee didn’t make that tidbit news), and that Obama’s response will shock and dismay people (meaning he’ll either sob in a corner or, literally, go nuclear).

BTW,when it comes to Palin’s clothes, Laer gives a good reason for the decision, and John McCormack gives a little perspective.

One Response to “We’re still watching”

What do you think? Is Biden’s audience to these remarks the leftist followers of Obama? Is he saying to them that there will be an incident during the first six months of an Obama presidency that The One will have to respond to in a way that THEY will not like – ie w/military power – but to hang in there because he really hates doing it? Or is he saying to a larger audience that he would respond in a spineless manner, but to hang in there? I rather think it’s the former.
