Sometimes when I read an article like that from Europe, my first reaction is to think it’s a hoax, parody of a government that has run amok.
And then I realize that it’s for real . . .

Europe has figured out how to bring about socialism without an Obama.
Whereas in California we’re voting on Proposition 2, the farm animal’s bill of rights.
