The Muslim world’s view of Obama
I don’t believe Obama is a believing Muslim, just the way I don’t believe he is a believing Christian. I think he has two religions: Socialism and self-worship. Nevertheless, I do think that many in the Muslim world are pretty darn certain that, when Obama lived as a child in Indonesia, he was a practicing Muslim. And once a practicing Muslim, always a Muslim.
As you may recall, Islam treats apostates with a certain bracing vigor: they kill you. It won’t bring you back into the fold, but it will discourage others from leaving the faith. Obama understands this fact and that, I suspect, is why he hasn’t found a church yet Washington, despite more than a year to shop around and a plethora of choices. Aside from the fact that his prior church experiences were for political expediency, meaning that he has no yen to sit in the pews on Sunday and hear the word of God, he’s concerned that some trigger happy member of the Islamic faith might get upset to see an apostate flaunt his apostasy.
This is all by way of introducing an email I got the other day, which focuses on Michelle Obama’s absence from Obama’s trip to the Muslim world. It might be mere coincidence. It might be Michelle’s silent protest against a religion that cruelly oppresses women. Or it might be, as this email suggests, yet another indication that, while Obama is not religious, both he and the Muslim world recognize his unbreakable tie to that faith:
If you check Obama’s last trip over seas. His wife left just after their visit to France. She has yet to accompany him to any Arab country. Think about it. The pieces of the puzzle just keep on coming together! Interesting…
ONE EXPLANATION:
At a Blockbusters, there was a video called “Obama”. There were two men there who talked about Obama. These guys were Arabs and were asked why they thought Michelle Obama headed home following her visit in France instead of traveling on to Saudi Arabia and Turkey with her husband. They said she couldn’t go to Saudi Arabia, Turkey or Iraq. When asked how come Laura Bush went to Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Dubai, they said that Obama is a Muslim and by Muslim law he would not be allowed to bring his wife into countries that accept Sharia Law. It is interesting that two Arabs at Blockbusters accept the idea that the U.S. is being led by a Muslim who follows the Islamic creed. (They also said that the reason he bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia was a signal to the Muslim world.)

A Middle Eastern Scholar and expert, Dr. Jim Murk provided this explanation:
“An orthodox Muslim man would never take his wife on a politically oriented trip to any nation which practices shari’ah law, which includes Saudi Arabia. This is true and it is why Obama left Michelle in Europe or at home when he went to Arab countries. He knows Muslim protocol; this included his bowing to the Saudi king. Obama is regarded as a Muslim in these countries simply because he was born to a Muslim father. Note that he has downplayed his Christianity–even spoke of his Muslim faith with George Stephanopoulus –by not publicly joining a Christian church in D.C., but simply attending the chapel or services at Camp David. He also played down the fact that the USA was a Christian country and said, unbelievably, that it was one of the largest Muslim nations in the world, which is nonsense. He has also publicly taken the part of the Palestinians in the conflict with Israel Finally he ignored the National Day of Prayer. He is bad news! He is God’s judgment on America ..”
As I said, I don’t believe Obama to be a man of any religious faith. But I do think there’s something going on. By the way, this something will never be proven. We can’t see inside the man’s heart and mind. But we are certainly free to speculate about his actions.
