I love this guy. His “Klavan on the culture” vids are great. And one of his novels, Empire of Lies, contains a devastating and very funny take-down of Hollywood celebrity victim-redemption culture. In one page.

    Andrew Breitbart, Andrew Klavan.

All these former Hollywood defectors are very similar yet different.

And James O’Keefe is the newest Thomas Paine (Common Sense revolutionary pamphlet).

He is an insurgent, fighting the occupation power that has access to greater resources, manpower, money, and support using unconventional tactics.

Book, grab one of your Leftist buddies and tell him or her that James O’Keefe, the special operations commander for anti-Leftist sting operations, has now teamed up with Sarah Palin (Zealous proponent and killer of Leftists) and Rush (crazy millionaire and diabolical hypnotist) for a Grand Alliance for the eradication of Leftism.

Watch their eyes and facial expressions then tell us what it looked like.

One of the things that is scaring the hell out of the left is that conservatives are starting to turn humor against them. They are helpless before a good spoof or satire, and it enrages them because they are so mirthless and joyless at heart.

To test my assertion, name one really funny leftist comedian.

    Just one.

    Really, we only need one.

Charles Martel #4: They are helpless before a good spoof or satire, and it enrages them because they are so mirthless and joyless at heart. To test my assertion, name one really funny leftist comedian.

It’s been awhile, but I remember the leftist comedians from the 60’s and maybe early 70’s.  They were funny back then.  They were seriously outraged, but I don’t think they took *themselves* so seriously.  As the decades have passed, they’ve lost all semblance of mirth and joy.

Every leftist comedian these days, they can’t provoke a genuinely funny laugh no matter how hard they try.  Maher, O’Donnell, Kathy Griffin, on and on… they’ve lost it.  All they can do is make fun OF people and be vicious, and only the like-minded can laugh, and ONLY because they agree, not because it’s actually funny.

And I totally agree, the enjoyable humor is all coming from the right these days!   It’s great fun.

Even the funny ones in the middle edge to the right.  I can’t remember his name, but you’ve got “Achmed the Dead Terrorist” guy.  “Silence!  I keeel you!”

  6. Danny Lemieux says

Leftist comedians don’t have to be funny. All they have to do is: 1) make sexually explicit cracks, the grosser the better 2) connect the words “George Bush” with an expletive or 3) wild “Sarah Palin” to bring their audiences back into the palms of their hands.

It’s not comedy anymore, just emotional venting in the Lefty echo chamber.

For example, there is Bill Maher: “Sarah Palin is a c%&t.”
Whatsa matta for ya, Hammerhead, you don’t find that funny? You’re just a a dour humorless illiterate brain dead teabagging knuckle-dragging wingnut.

And of course there’s “Teabagger.”  You don’t find that funny? Zach certainly does: “Giggle, giggle.”

It’s the 5 minute hate on 1984’s big screen tv. You gotta watch it. And that’s what they do for Comedy central and Stewart.
