The people of Delaware have a choice — not a happy one, but a CLEAR one *UPDATED*

The election is between a conservative ditz who is being savaged by the mainstream media and a hardcore Leftist whose past is being ignored or sanitized by the drive-by media. This sounds like a replay of the 2008 election.  In fact, it’s what’s happening in Delaware right now.

The analogy isn’t quite perfect.  You and I know that O’Donnell is no Palin, since she is loopier than Palin and doesn’t have Palin’s intelligence or track record.  Then again, who does?

The important thing to keep in mind is that Coons is Obama, or worse — and we know how that’s been going so far.

If you’re in Delaware, hold your nose and vote for O’Donnell.

UPDATE:  The choice may be clear, but my writing wasn’t.  I don’t think Palin is a ditz at all.  I was just commenting on the similarities in posture, which is that, in 2008, the media was attacking Palin as a Christian loony, while vigorously whitewashing Obama’s Leftist past.  Same is true with the match-up in Delaware, although I do believe that O’Donnell is definitely ditzier than Palin.  As my readers have commented, though, any lone monomanias she may have are irrelevant when it comes to stopping the socialist juggernaut.
