Most charming political ad ever

Is it possible that I never got around to posting this political ad?  Shame on me.  It is, without doubt, one of the most charming ads I’ve ever seen.  Without know anything about Roger Williams, I do know that he had the smarts to hire an incredibly good ad agency:
