MoMo’s prom date video is really short, but it’s long enough to leave you with a big smile on your face and a warm feeling in your heart.

MoMo suffers from a conversion disorder that affected her neurological system and left her unable to walk. As this heartwarming video shows, though, she overcame it in time for her prom — and it shows that her prom date is a really good guy:
